Ticket Terms and Conditions

By Purchasing a Ticket from Wapiti Music Festival Society (“WMFS”), you are entering an agreement under the following:

All ticket sales are final. There are NO refunds, credits, or exchanges after the Ticket order has been confirmed. Unforeseen circumstances beyond WMFS’ control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. A Ticket is for the Wapiti Music Festival, not a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice and any change to Festival programming is not grounds for a refund or exchange.

A Ticket only works once. Treat it like cash.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Ticket is not duplicated, lost, stolen, or otherwise rendered un-usable. WMFS and their ticketing partners will not be held liable for any form of damage to, or loss of a Ticket whatsoever. In the event of loss or theft, the Ticket Holder may not claim a replacement Ticket or refund of any amount paid.

WMFS does not accept liability for Tickets acquired by the Ticket Holder from third parties. In addition, Wapiti Music Festival cannot guarantee the authenticity of such Tickets.

WMFS Staff / Volunteers have the right to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to: trespassing, disorderly behaviour, intoxication, prohibited items, breach of security restrictions, etc.

The Ticket Holder assumes all risk and danger as part of any event for which this Ticket is used. Ticket Holder waives all claims against Wapiti Music Festival Society, it's staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and the City of Fernie.

Coolers, packs, and bags of all styles and sizes are subject to search to ensure compliance. Attendees must comply with all laws and facility rules. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in expulsion from the event.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Rain or shine.

NO pets are allowed on site. Service animals are permitted.

NO glass or carry in alcohol allowed.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Your tickets are being purchased from Wapiti Music Festival Society (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
